Happy Birthday Aries
March 20, 2010 thru March 20, 2011

The time has come to take a hardy look at your life, and specifically the last 11 years. Where were you in your life at that time, 11 years ago? What has changed? Is there anything you want to change or adjust from this time frame? Be honest with yourself.

If you would like to make changes or adjustments, do before next year. In January 2011, you will enter a new luck and life cycle. In fact, some of you born during first days of Aries could experience the first glimmering of this cycle in June, July, and August 2010.

This period could be a bit wild and punctuated with extremes. Part of the unexpected element is not the new luck cycle mentioned above, but the change of signs by the planet Uranus from Pisces to Aries. Uranus is well known as the Jack in the Box planet. The planet is comparable to the wild card. You can be sure that you might not in a million years dream up the scenario that Uranus can create.

Uranus at the moment is finishing the transit of Pisces. It will pop into Aries for a short period late May through August 15, 2010. Look at this period as a preview to 2011 when Uranus .changes into Aries for seven years.

Uranus entered Pisces in 2003. Think about the internal changes that have occurred for you, the processing, the psychological changes. Most likely this period has been about that type of transformation. You have become stronger with far greater insight. Some of you might need to clear out some residue in the next year, and others might feel more complete. The weeks around July 5 and December 5, 2010 will suggest if you are complete or whether some greater work is needed.

Jupiter, the planet responsible for the ending luck cycle will also stomp into Aries this summer, retreat, and re-enter Aries in January 2011. Where Jupiter transits one feels or experiences that area of life with greater fullness. Jupiter has been in your twelfth house of secrets, inner strength and sorrows. This area also represents healing. No matter what occurs this year, you will land on your feet, like a cat with nine lives. Any incomplete issues will come forward. You will also have an opportunity to do some healing work. For some, it might be on the couch, for others, volunteer work and yet still many will take courses in yoga, or another New Age healing therapy. The you that emerges will be very together.

Jupiter will enter the sign Aries January 20, 2011 for a year. During this period, lady luck will be hanging out with you. Aim for what you want and go for it. Do not settle. You feel much better as this transit is an emotionally expansive one. In fact your life will be expanding in many ways. One warning: When Jupiter is in Aries, your sign, there might be a tendency to gain weight, as the body could expand too! Careful. One cookie counts like ten cookies during this transit and pounds easily accumulate.

Saturn has been in and will be in Libra , your opposite sign. Saturn is the teacher planet. It brings responsibilities and can be quite stern as it “teaches” life lessons, explicitly designed for you. Whenever a planet is in your opposite sign , it challenges your ego, who you are. The challenges are more severe when the planet is one of the so called “heavies”. The heavy planets are Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto. How they challenge someone depends on the sign they are in, and the issues your sun sign and your opposite sun sign have in common.

In this case, the issue revolves around identity and relationships. How much of yourself do you feel comfortable giving? How much can you tolerate being enmeshed? Saturn in Libra presents challenges with marriage and partnership. There could be a juggling of the powers that be within the relationship. New terms and boundaries might emerges.

Often at first there is a coldness or a distance from one partner to another. In this case, it would be the other party. The issue could be manifested as well as in overly demanding or controlling behavior. Another scenario: you could be pushed away by overly warm or demanding behavior. Yet this bond is a relationship. Sometimes, Saturn’s transit in the marriage house is considered a divorce transit, but it does not need to be. It simply could be a renegotiation of the terms.

You will gain more insight into this transit and how it impacts you personally around the dates of May 30, 2010 and January 27, 2011. Think carefully about these periods. You can only gain and grow through what is presented during the above mentioned weeks.

Pluto, the planet that causes deep transformation and is associated with the legend of the dying Phoenix is impacting early born rams. Pluto is often compared to the Hindu god Shiva, the creator and the destroyer. . You can be sure this transit is neither gentle or subtle. You will know when it has impacted you, if it does. If you do your internal housekeeping, it is likely to not impact you as hard or at all. Pluto represents death and regeneration, not just on the physical plane but more often on the emotional and intellectual plane. One of the side effects can be power struggles, which would be close to impossible to win. Learning not to get involved with them, as well understanding their history and symbolism is critical as well

The more you fight this planet’s transformational nature the harder the transit becomes. You need to let go, trusting the regeneration process will create something even better. You will be getting a lesson in trust.

If you are a man, this transit could cause an identity crisis and issues among career. What has suited you might not any longer. For a woman, it can be issues around the men in her life, and also possibly around her career. For both sexes, power and control could be at the base. The weeks around April 6 and Sept. 13, 2010 could point the direction.

This year this planet will not only be tussling with your sun but also with Jupiter and Uranus in your sign. Some of you could witness stunning events, that could change you forever. Don’t worry, Jupiter is protective and close by. Nothing too bad will happen. Remember you are like a cat with nine lives.

Neptune continues in the sign of Aquarius. It is the final year of this transit. It will only impact late born Aries, specifically the last 5 days of the sign. Neptune is in a position where at best can bring you interesting, arty friends, who inspire you. On the other hand, it can bring deception. The purpose of this transit is to encourage you to keep doing reality checks with both your friends and long term desires. It is unlikely someone will deceive you as much as you do not integrating signals keeping you in sync with reality.

Finally Mars is your ruling planet. Shortly before your birthday 2010, your ruling planet went during after several months of being retrograde, You will still feel its energy. A bit of confusion or a demanding situation still exists though waning. By June 2010, you will be clear and feeling more like you.

You are entering a very exciting and dynamic birthday year. It might be hard to repeat this year coming. Blow out your candles knowing there will be no boredom. Also know you can create that special wish. Happy Birthday Aries!
