If you let go with ease, and are not " a stuck in mud type", you might not even feel this opposition. Saturn lies in the area of home and family for a good part of the months after Oct. 31, 2009.The status quo rules with Saturn. You might not want to change your personal situation or home life, even if it is apparent you must. You might not even be up for painting a room. A good use of Saturn in this position is to have a home office or start a business fromyour home. For some of you, it also might mean taking greater responsibility for a parent or loved one. Do have your abode checked structurally before this transit gets too far on the way. Sometimes Saturn can bring structural issues. Early born Cancers could feel this transit the most. If you opt for a positive manifestation, you are less likely to see the negative ones unfurl. Try that approach. You might like the end results better.
Cancers are known to be homebodies preserving the essence of history and family. The transit of Saturn in Libra encourages traditionalism but with Uranus opposing, many changes will be coming forward. You cannot anticipate those changes but do not fight them too hard when they appear on the horizon. Otherwise at a later point , the impact could be much harder. That may be so, but it carries one huge wallop. Pluto rides presently in the early degrees of Capricorn. Capricorn is opposite the sign to Cancer, thus Plutonian energy often will work through partnership and associations. You could find that you are in a will struggle. Even if you do not start this conflict, you are a player.
The only way to win is not to play. However if you keep drawing this same experience towards you, you can be sure this is not an accident. You have an issue to work through here, perhaps about being manipulated.
Pluto from October on will be squaring Saturn, often causing tension within relationships (Pluto in Cap in 7th house)over domestic needs(Saturn in Libra in 4th house). Do not even consider that if your mother moves in that your spouse will embrace the situation, even if they say they will. On a superficial level, this example is the type of conflict that starts manifesting with this square. Something has to give as the situation is intolerable.
The need for change and transformation cannot and will not be stopped (Pluto) even when it hits stubborn regulated Saturn, In the same vein the need for change and transformation as represented by Pluto in your opposite sign challenging your essence-opposite your sun, squared by Saturn, stubbornly wanting, the tried and true, and finally electrified by Uranus, with surprised and shocks if you don't move fast enough or show resistance. Remember you are the jockey here creating the new. Have courage. Greet this new frontier.
Full Moons and New Moons are very important to those with a Cancer Sun. New Moons are for new beginning. Full Moons test our projects. Eclipses will have a major effect as they always have the Moon, your ruler involved. An eclipse will be even more powerful , especially if one hits your planets closely.
The eclipses for June 2009 to June 2010 are as follows.
July 7: a lunar eclipse (Full Moon) at 15 Capricorn. If you have any planets in Cancer or Capricorn around 12 to 18 degrees you could witness a change in a relationship. If not in a relationship, a new one could develop.
July 22 : Total Solar Eclipse at 29 Cancer. If you have any late degree planets in Cancer or Capricorn, you will feel this one, in the areas, where the planet hit rules.
August 6: Penumbral eclipse at 13 Aquarius. If you have planets in the orb of 10 to 16 Aquarius or Leo , you could feel this one.
December 31, 2009: A partial eclipse of the Moon at 10 Cancer. Look for planets between 8 and 12 Cancer or Capricorn.
January 15: A solar eclipse at 25 Capricorn. Born in the last seven days of Cancer or have planets in the degrees of 23 to 27, you could feel this eclipse.
January 26, 2010: a lunar eclipse at 4 Aquarius. Look for planets at the degrees of 2 to 6 Aquarius and Leo to see if you will be impacted.
